Organize and Comment
Tags
Tags are a free-form way to organize records. Tags allow you to group records together in your preferred way for easy reference. All tags are listed on the menu for quick reference and when clicked, all leads with that tag are listed. There is no limit to the number of tags that can be created or assigned to a lead.
Comments
Unlimited comments can be entered to ensure effective communication and to keep an audit trail of activity. Each comment is automatically stamped with the user name and time and date of entry.
History
Every interaction with a lead record is stamped with the user and date and time of the activity. You can see when a lead was entered, who entered it, when steps were completed, and every other interaction with the record is recorded.
